Meditation
The half-hour session will help you find peace within yourself. You will learn different aspects, such as breathing skills, quietening of the mind, and the “ohm” sound used in chanting and visualisation. Meditation can be of great use in daily life, allowing you to take more control whilst feeling peace from within. It is also known for its healing capacities and is totally holistic in its approach. Meditation can be done kneeling, sitting on the floor or on a chair or even by lying down. It is suitable for anyone wishing to find inner calm.
